Nate Bliss

Founder & Principal

Nate Bliss is an urban development executive with deep experience advancing housing, infrastructure, land-use, and economic-development initiatives. Before founding Latent Urban Ventures, he served as Executive Director for Economic Development and as Chief of Staff to New York City's First Deputy Mayor. He works with owners, developers, institutions, and public-sector partners to identify opportunities, structure strategies, align stakeholders, and move difficult projects forward.

Luke Andreson

Technology Partner

Luke Andreson is co-founder of Latent.NYC and Technology Partner to Latent Urban Ventures. A New York City resident for more than two decades, he brings extensive software-engineering experience spanning finance, real estate, and security. Through Streetwall, Luke co-built Latent.NYC with Civitage and leads the platform's product and technology development, translating complex property data and development rules into tools for research, opportunity identification, and initial evaluation.
